However, Clearvitalis is not obligated to mediate disputes. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties may pursue other appropriate avenues for resolution, including independent or formally recognized processes, as they deem suitable.

Cancellations

Clients may cancel a scheduled service up to 24–48 hours before the appointment without any penalty.

Cancellations made after this period may incur a reasonable fee to cover preparation and service allocation, typically $20–$50, depending on the scope of the service.
